I have an itch and don't want to just write flash fiction. IDK if I'm going to use this prompt table for all the same people, but I'm going to start with some Teen Wolf and Leverage because that's where my brain is I lied, this is turning into a Teen Wolf/TVDverse Soulmate AU collection, I'm just indulging my bliss here.

Two years earlier…
“Stiles Stilinski?”
Stiles’ head snaps up his phone at the sound of his name, eyes scanning the faces surrounding him in the coffee shop. No agents, no grumpy looking superiors demanding to know why he isn’t being a good paperwork monkey and living his life chained to his desk. He knew the early years of being an FBI agent would be tedious as he made his bones and worked his way up the food chain, but even with Allison at his side, it’s getting more and more frustrating to not be able to do anything. He takes every minute of his lunch hour trying to save him from the banality, but he knows it’s frowned upon.
Who he finds, however, isn’t an agent. It’s a fair-looking man, wearing worn clothes and a wary expression on his face. He’s staring at Stiles, almost as though he’s waiting for him to confirm what he already knows.
“Yeah?”
“You’re Stiles Stilinski. Scott McCall’s emissary.”
“Yeah?” He doesn’t mean for it to keep sounding like a question. He knows that being Scott’s emissary is fairly public knowledge in the supernatural community, but that word being used means that this could go one of two ways. Either he’s being targeted to make a point to Scott, or this guy is trying to get to Scott.
The shifter seems to sense his tension, and he holds up his hands, a gesture intended to be placating. “I’m here for help, not to hurt you. I need the FBI agent, not the emissary.”
Stiles nods, before his name comes again from the front counter. He reaches over to grab his lunch, before nodding towards a booth in the back, away from most of the lunch rush. The man takes the silent signal for it what it is and follows, settling down in the seat across from him.
“So what are you? Wolf? Coyote? Kitsune?”
“None of the above. I’m a hunter.” Stiles tenses again and the placating gesture returns. “I’m really not here to hurt you or your pack, I swear.”
“Do you work with Monroe?”
“Not anymore.”
“Why?”
“Because…she’s gone too far. And honestly, I’m not sure how long I have before she figures out that I’ve rather out, so just listen. Please.”
Stiles frowns again. “Okay. Let’s take it from the top. Do you mind if I record this?”
“Yeah, please do.”
Stiles nods, pulling out his phone and setting it on the table between them. “Why don’t you start with your name?”
“My name is Harry. Harry Wells. And I’m not just any hunter—I’m a member of the Five.”
Stiles blinks, frowning. “What’s the Five?”
“It’s an ancient line of supernaturally charged vampire hunters. It’s a long story we don’t have time for—that’s not the problem.”
“Okay,” Stiles says slowly, not wanting to spook him. “What is the real problem?”
“Tamara’s thrown her hat in with this… company. Humans, as far as I can tell, who have access to this tar pit. But the problem with the tar pit is that anyone who gets thrown into it? You forget they ever existed. Everything about them just goes poof.”
Stiles would like to think that everything Harry’s saying is a step too far, but he’s been in the supernatural long enough to know that anything is possible. And the way Harry is speaking to him, the certainty of his demeanor, the concern in his eyes, he knows that the man is telling the truth.
“So, how do you know this? If everyone who gets thrown in gets erased?”
“The person who told me hasn’t pissed them off enough to get thrown in yet. But they’re getting zealous. Any supernatural creature they can get their hands on goes into the pit when they’re done with them. And I don’t know if it’s alive or anything, but given how many supernatural creatures have been generated by magic—”
“It’s like Audrey Two. A little blood doesn’t seem like a lot to start, but before you know it, you’re chopping up masochistic dentists and it’s trying to eat your girlfriend.” Harry stares at him blankly. “Little Shop of Horrors?” Still a blank stare and he shakes his head. “Never mind. Why are you telling me this?”
“Because I might disappear myself soon. And I need someone to know what they’re doing.” Harry shifts to lean forward. “You’ll have to set a reminder in your phone. Every month, just in case they catch me and you forget. But hopefully, the FBI will get to them before that happens.”
Stiles picks up his phone to do just that. He’s not sure he believes it, but again, he’s been part of the supernatural long enough to know how this goes. Harry draws one napkin in to himself, and starts drawing a series of interconnected triangles, one straight up, one on a right angle and one inverted to match the second.
“That’s their logo. They put it on everything, but they try to fly under the radar.”
“This place has a name?”
“Triad. Triad Industries.”
Stiles finishes playing the recording for Allison and then pulls up the picture. It still feels surreal to listen to the playback of a conversation that he can’t remember having, but he’s held onto it all the same. Just in case it was relevant. Just in case he needed to send it to someone like Allison, who he needed to remember who he was.
“I found it on my phone about a year ago. Got one of those reminders he told me to make.” Stiles scrubs a hand over his face. “That must have been when they got him. I’ve been holding into it, trying to figure out what it all meant, but now, with this Peter guy just being magically erased from everyone’s memories—it makes sense.”
“Triad Industries—you mentioned nothing about it.”
“I never opened a file. How do you run searches on companies that make people disappear by making everyone on Earth forget they ever existed? And you got this information from a conversation you couldn’t remember having? I mean, sure, I know what his voice sounds like, but if you expected me to describe the guy, I wouldn’t be able to tell you.”
“Point.” Allison tips her head to the side. “Maybe we should take this to Freya. She’s been around long enough. Maybe she’s heard about something like this. The tar pit, not so much the company.”
Stiles nods, before squeezing her arm. “Just… promise me if this goes bad, we make some way to remember each other. A video, a message, something. I know I took my sweet time getting here, but I don’t want to forget you now that I am.”
Allison’s face softens, and she nods. “A delayed email, maybe? Scheduled for a week from now with a video?”
Stiles nods in agreement, before reaching for her hand. “I know we haven’t really had a lot of time to figure out what all this means. But I am in this. I’m choosing this.”
Allison nods, a smile stretching across her face as she leans in to kiss him. “Me too.” She pulls back with a deep breath. “C’mon. We should get downstairs and see if we can figure this out.”
Stiles nods, letting her go. “Yeah. I’m right behind you.” He waits until she walks out the door, and the sound of her footsteps hits the wood stairs, before pulling out his phone and lifting it up so that he’s centered on the camera. He hits record and takes a deep breath.
“You thought I was kidding. I really was not…”
Once everyone gathers downstairs, Allison and Stiles lay out the new information for the entire group to hear. It’s not a lot of information, what Harry gave Stiles, but it’s enough to answer some questions that have been lingering in the back of their minds.
“I ran a property search.” Allison places the laptop down in front of the rest of the group. “Triad Industries has a fairly large compound just outside Atlanta. It’s not that far from here. That’s probably where they have Klaus, if they have him.”
Hayley, baffled, turns to look at Freya. “Have you ever heard of anything like this?”
The slender witch shrugs. “There were rumors, once. Of a mud construct imbued with magic that would wander the countryside, consuming the supernatural. Not witches, werewolves and vampires, but anything else it could get its hands on. But I woke up a century later, and I never heard anything about it again.”
“This also doesn’t explain why they want my daughter,” Hayley points out. “What do they want with Hope?”
“Maybe they want to disappear her too,” Stiles contributes, and Hayley’s face goes from concerned to angry quickly. Fortunately, Allison is there to step in for Stiles’ mouth.
“I don’t think he’s wrong. It’s possible that they’re trying to… cut off what they view as a potential problem at the pass.”
Hayley straightens. “You’re saying that they’re looking to throw her in that pit?”
“Maybe.” Allison holds up her hands. “She’s just a kid. I’m not saying that she’s dangerous, but there’s never been a supernatural like her before. There are a lot of insane rumors floating around out there.”
“She’s right, Hayley.” Freya looks at her sister-in-law. “Hope is unprecedented. It would make sense that they wouldn’t want to wait for her to reach her full power to do something.”
“Also, she still remembers Peter.” Stiles tips his head to the side. “That has to mean something, too.”
Hayley grits her teeth, crossing her arms in front of her chest. “Fine. What do we do about it?”
“We burn them to the ground.” Freya replies simply, and Stiles holds up a hand.
“Actually, first we prepare.” He glances around at each of them. “Everyone who’s going, pick someone who isn’t here. Someone you trust to figure out what happened to you and how to get you back. Make a video message or something and set it up to deliver a week from now. Whatever this magic is, it can erase our memories, but not the evidence that we existed. If this goes terrible, we need someone to remember to come looking for us.”
Eyes dart around the room, taking in the gravity of it all. It feels ridiculous to have to make plans like this, but it’s their only way to make it around the current threat. They wander off, looking for privacy to make the videos they need. Stiles glances over to Allison as she flashes him a smile.
“Do you want Scott or Lydia?”
“Scott,” Stiles nods. “Should be Scott.”
“Okay,” Allison nods, before leaning in to kiss him again. “We’ll figure it out. And whatever this is, we’re in it together.”
“Yeah, we will.”
He just hopes that in the end, they won’t need these videos.
