Dean (or Sam) has a spell of some kind is cast on them and he is taken back to an earlier age (how young is up to you) in every way, including appearance. Hijinks ensue.

Sam is furious.

Dean is trying not to laugh.

It's hard, though, when Sam's looking up at him with six year-old eyes that were cute the first time around and just plain annoying to a 27 year-old trying to get a job done. "Sam, will you just hold still?"

"You're hurtin' me, Dean," Sam whines, trying to twist out of Dean's grip.

"Yeah, well, you're the one who went and got yourself all young again, so you can hold still while I try to get this splinter out of your finger, alright?"

Sam pouts, puffing out his cheeks and closing his eyes so he doesn't have to watch the tweezers in Dean's hand. "I'm tellin' Dad," Sam murmurs and Dean sighs, his heart twisting in his chest. Memory totally wiped, too, he thinks, pulling the tiny piece of wood from Sam's finger before letting him loose again.

Sam scuttles away, flopping down into a chair and crossing his arms over his chest. "One day you're gonna 'splain to me how you got so big alla sudden, Dean."

"Yeah, Sammy," Dean rolls his eyes, tossing the tweezers back in his bag. "One day I will."
