ok, i could understand a group of oneshots based off the same couple, but i find this kind of ridiculous.

i belong to a little baby fanfic archive, and they won't upload my epic. not because of my writing, but because i set up the fic as a sequel to something else, and because it's a sequel, they're telling me to tap it onto the end of the last fic i wrote, and not upload it as a stand alone piece.

but it is a stand alone piece, hun. have you looked at it? it's eight chapters long! i can't just tack it onto the end of the last piece, it's been a certain amount of time since that ended there's other issues involved, hell it's a completely different category of fic, for crying out loud!

and i've got ten million other fics about eric/angie that start with 'sequel to blah blah blah' and they didn't yell at me before?

it does suck. i wonder if i could re submit it, without saying it's a sequel, and see if they would put it in the right category.
