Abby Sciuto/Adam Ross - They'd be pretty cute. All geeky together.
Aiden Burn/Allison Cameron - These two wouldn't get along that well, I have a feeling. Their personalities would clash too much.
Brian Peluso/Calleigh Duquesne - Calleigh would kick Brian's ass. End of story.
Carmen Ghia/Catherine Willows - They'd be great for each other's clothes, but I can't really see them having a relationship.
Charlie Pace/Christina Finn - Aww...I like this idea. Charlie would be adorable around her. Now--if only TPTB don't kill him...
Claire Bennett/Claire Littleton - I don't think these two would work either. They're too different. I think Claire would be great with babysitting Aaron though.
Colby Granger/Danny Messer - They'd be pretty hot. Can't say they'd get along though.
David Sinclair/Dean Winchester - Again--hot. But Dean is probably a bit too shifty for David's taste. And there's the fact that he's kind of wanted for murder.

myherodrowning and I discussed this pairing once. I think in the end we decided it would be pretty hot to see the two of them together. And I think there would be a lot of fighting, but that's just me.
Eric Delko/Eric Foreman - These two would not get along. At all. It would be a very violent relationship.
Erica Sikes/Gregory House - These two might actually be kinda interesting. In a weird, cracktastic kind of way.
Greg Sanders/Hiro Nakamoura - Absolutely adorable. That is all.
Hugo "Hurley" Reyes/Jack Shepard - Is this an actual ship? I dunno--I'm not a big Jack fan, but I adore Hurley. So as long as Hurley is happy, I don't think I'd mind.
James "Sawyer" Ford/James Wilson - This would be pretty weird. This would be really weird. Sawyer would probably con him out of all his money and that would be the end of it.
Jennifer Angell/Jessica Rossi - These two--I guess they would work. Although I can see Angell telling Jess to pull herself together every once in a while.
Jethro Gibbs/Jim Steele - Gibbs would probably shoot Steele by the end of the relationship. It just wouldn't work.
Juliet Burke/Justin Walker - They'd have an interesting relationship. I actually think their personalities will kind of fit together.
Kaile Maka/Kate Austen - They would kick ass together. They'd just be hot.
Lindsay Monroe/Lisa Cuddy - Eh--I don't think so. Cuddy's a bit too self-sufficient for Lindsay, I think.
Mac Taylor/Maxine Valera -goddess_loki ships these two. I don't really see it, but--I think it works.
Megan Reeves/Natalia Boa Vista - I'm still not entirely thrilled with Natalia, but they would be--interesting. I think Megan would get bored with her though.
Nick Stokes/Nora Walker - This is another aww... one. She would totally mother him too much to ever be in a relationship with him, but it's be cute.
Peyton Driscoll/Rebecca Harper - I don't think so. Rebecca's a bit too young and immature for Peyton.
Robert Chase/Roger DeBris - Roger would be fascinated with Chase's hair. He could also probably get Chase to match. But he would still drive the other man up a wall.
Ryan Wolfe/Sam Winchester - I could actually see this, but Sam would drive Ryan crazy with the rock salt, and the quirks, and they just wouldn't be able to make it last long.
Sara Sidle/Sarah Walker - They have too many issues. It would never work.
Sheldon Hawkes/Sofia Curtis - Love. They would be awesome together.
Stella Bonasera/Tim McGee - Stella would completely intimidate him, and it would never work, but she would find him cute in a geeky sort of way.
Tony DiNozzo/Ziva David - I ship these two. The banter definitely makes me laugh.

I kinda sorta have a weird fascination with the idea, but I don't really truly ship it. If that makes any sense.
And Hawkes/Sofia is eating at my brain now. I think as soon as I finish one of my claims at a certain community I'm snagging those two.

and wtf was with Foreman? He's so afraid of turning into House...but even while trying to get away, he was being a weird version of House anyway. And Chase is pretty observant, I gotta say.
