three things about tonight:
1. that bit where adam was rambling about ghosts and extoplasm --> not helping me not want to write a CSI:NY/SPN crossover where Sam and Dean encounter Adam and his distant cousin [insert AJ's character from "Hell House" here].
2. i never want to see nelly furtado act again. that last scene--it was like she was reading it off the paper.
3. maybe it's because i've watched too many sci-fi/fantasy/soap opera bits, but the fact that they never found claire's remains (although i don't know how well this speaks of her) has me thinking a "claire's alive" twist coming. especially with her son being involved now and all. that would actually be kind of interesting, if the writers could pull off something feasible. but then again, this is supposed to be a procedural drama with firm routes in reality. but an evil!fic writer might be able to do something interesting with it.

...i guess that's a step in the right direction.
i think it was the fact that he went off on Hawkes for no good reason was irking me. very in character...but made me angry.

I definitely agree going off on Hawkes was nasty. I don't remember the context of the episode, like why Mac would have gotten that angry about it... I do also think it was in-character (I mean, he fired Aiden for just considering messing with evidence), but did he really need to force Lindsay to stay and witness the exchange? Not at all.
But being pissed about a character's actions seems better than not caring about the character at all. Hmm. ^^

and that does seem to work more, for me too. if a character gets you angry, it means you're paying attention to him. which is good. especially when you're supposed to be carrying the show.

that was when i switched over to supernatural.

Our reception of the CW is really bad, so it's practically a waste of time to try to watch Supernatural as it airs on Thursdays. Mostly I catch it as AVIs my sister gets from one of her friends. :-/
