There's more information on the community info, but the theme for the first set of fics is After Work. We're all going to be given the same sentence, and we follow the characters requested by the person we're writing for according to the theme (I tend to suck at explaining things, sorry).

Anyway, I figured it might be fun to get some more L&O/Conviction people over there, or whatever other procedural dramas may be out there. (There's a list on the info page of what's accepted.)

And...I'm bored. Which is why I can't come up with anything more concrete to post. Or whatever. I don't know.

I'm bored too. Well, not quite. I've been trying to write my Dramatic Muses ficlet for like, a week. Sacks has decided to skip out on me apparently. *Has Hawkes glare at him for me* But yeah. How's your day been so far? I watched Home and Asylum last night. ^^ SO in love with John Winchester...

pretty crappy, actually. my spring break is over (boo!) and my screen on my laptop had broken, and today decided to go from usable, to not. i am not happy.

my love for john tends to be on-again, off-again. but i love all three of the boys together. the winchesters just aren't the same without him.

At least you had Spring Break? ^^ I am so ready to not go to class for a week, but ours isn't until April 2. And ouch to your laptop. My sister once stepped on my laptop. That wasn't fun.

I cannot wait until there's some Sam and John interaction, because I have a theory on how it's going to go, and I wanna know if I'm anywhere in the ballpark. ^^ I'll probably watch more later today.

i loved that moment with hawkes. when i saw the icon of it, i had to snag it.

i want my spring break back, actually. i don't think it was long enough.

she stepped on it? yikes! my dad ordered the new screen for mine, but i probably won't be able to get it replaced until the end of the week. *pouts*

He was so cute in that scene. ^^ That and him bringing a spatula are probably my favorite Hawkes scenes.

I hate that about breaks, and weekends. It's like, once it gets here, it's gonna be gone. ^^ Though, by that logic, if you pretend this week is Spring Break, it'll seem like no time before your computer gets fixed. ^^

i also loved the scene where he hops on the table and pulls the guy out of the box. i loved most of his coroner scenes. they seemed to cut his screentime when they put him in the field. which doesn't really make any sense--yet is what happened.

hee...that's very true. not having classes would make that a lot easier though. and not having work due.

I started watching S2 of CSI:NY before S1, and so I thought Hawkes was a new guy along with Lindsay. ^^ I sorta wish he had stayed a coroner for a little while longer.

It's getting closer to summer every day. ^^

(As a random aside, jello is so not a breakfast food. Hee. But I guess I shouldn't be eating breakfast at almost three in the afternoon anyway...)

i started watching more on a regular basis with s2, but i caught random eps of s1 here and there. when i got the s1 dvds, i was amazed with how many great scenes hawkes had. although, his current lack of screentime can be blamed on vanessa ferlito. they wrote that hawkes was moving up before vanessa announced that she was leaving. it kinda sucks for both hill and anna that they had to share like that.

(dude, jello would make an awesome breakfast food anyway. but then again, i will eat almost anything at any time of day, so i'm not really a good judge.)

I watched most of S1, and I have S2, but I still haven't seen the last like, half dozen eps. I'm definitely putting off watching 'Charge Of This Post', because of blown!up!Flack, even though I know he's all better by S3. ^^;

(I dunno, I'm not feeling the jello-ness today. But it was either this or cheese and stale crackers. We sorta desperately need to go grocery shopping. ^^)

blown!up!flack made me sad. but i really wish they would give a bit more acknowledgment that it had actually happened. the continuity's kinda screwy that way.

I did notice that. I read somewhere that Flack was still in the hospital when S2 ended, and so when I saw the first ep of S3 when he's showing off his scar, I was like, '...maybe I missed something.' ^^

no. the writers still have yet to make any reference other than that to flack's recovery. which kinda makes me mad. if they were just planning on keeping him in the background to be snarky, they shouldn't have blown him up. in my opinion, anyway.

So it's not even like Nick on CSI:LV, who at least had some residual squeamishness about bugs and claustrophobia after being buried alive? Barg. But hey, I guess TPTB were betting on getting every Flack fangirl to tune in for at least one ep of S3. ^g^
