is it just me--or is anyone else not getting notices from livejournal?

because my e-mail's kinda acting wonky, and i haven't gotten one notice about the comments that people have been leaving. and i don't like it.

...i'd rather just find out what's wrong with it. i'm really starting to get frustrated with it though, so i just might consider it.
