I ... have a list a mile long, a lot of them being shows that I've already mentioned in this meme, but Glee also happens to be one of them. Some of the episodes can be hit or miss but the music is always good, and it's fun to watch, even when it's cracktastic.

My brother has been trying to get me to watch this, but I refuse to lol. I just don't like hopping onto a hype-driven bandwagon, even one that might be good. I'll watch it when it's no longer popular ;)

Oh, I was into Glee before it was hyped. I was the one anticipating the preview episode three months before it actually aired.

Then again, I don't really care about hype. I'm not super active in fandom, so I just watch what looks good to me, or what I've heard is good.

It's just I was sick of hearing about Glee before it even aired (which also happened with Avatar, which is why I haven't watched that yet). I just need to let it die down for my own sanity before I watch it lol.

Ahhhh -- no, I can understand that. I've gotten to hate a lot of things that way. But when my excitement is with the excitement, I don't really care?

Exactly lol. Like with Lost, I know a lot of people don't like that sheerly because of the hype/fandom, but I don't care because I lurff it lol.

(ps: I don't hate Glee, I just dislike it atm. I know that'll change when I watch it because I love music/musicals ... and Jane Lynch. But I probably won't watch it until the series is over.)

I got that way with Twilight. Well, I actually tried to read the books/watch the movies and I really didn't like it at the all. But before I tried, it was all the hype that bugged me.

(Yeah, I got that. And I'm not holding it against you. :D)
