1) Most ridiculous pairing you've ever heard of (stick to the CSIverse, House, Numb3rs or Without a Trace. those are the only ones i really know)

2)Top five ridiculous things that fanfic writers do.

3)Most common fanfic plotline.

4)Most ridiculous fanfic plotline.

5)Things fanfic writers do that annoy you the most (ie. typos, spacing, etc)

as i said. humor me. what i have in mind could turn out to be a lot of fun. if you even want to get some annoying things i do feel free.

Going through saved up posts...

1) Most ridiculous pairing you've ever heard of: I believe the strangest one I've heard of was a crossover pairing: Sofia from CSI and Hammerback from CSI: NY.

2)Top five ridiculous things that fanfic writers do. I don't really know.

3)Most common fanfic plotline. For my main fandom? Death of a colleague. And they all seem to deal with it the same way! Other one, lately, seems to be marriage.

4)Most ridiculous fanfic plotline. AUs that make no sense (like, for CSI? Nick not getting buried but all the events of season 6 still happenening. Gum Drops wouldn't have made sense if that was the case!)

5)Things fanfic writers do that annoy you the most (ie. typos, spacing, etc) Writing characters way too OOC, not putting spaces between parapgraphs:

paragragh......................1

paragragh......................3

Oh, and using cutesy nicknames for pairings. Half the time I can't figure out who the heck's in the fic till I start reading it.

Oh, yes, and I forgot some weird ships: Horatio/Stetler from Miami and Danny/Adam from NY. Don't know why, but I look at those and jsut kinda shudder.

ok, that nick fic...makes no sense. yeah, those ships are kinda weird...

except i read a really cute fic for the sofiahammerback one. but it did strike me as kinda strange.

I think some pairings can seem ludicrious but, with the right writer, work out well. Maka/Lindsay is one of them; Hodges/Bobby is another. I became fans of those because of who was writing them, knowing going into reading my first fic from them that I'd probably enjoy it since I'd enjoyed other things by that author.
