CSI:NY SPOILERS

Okay, so -- I know it's been done before. The rebellious sibling contrasted to the straight-laced older cop sibling, but I don't care. I love her, and I love the dynamic, and I think it works. So there.

That being said:

- I love that we got an Adam and Flack moment. We rarely ever get to see Flack with the techs and that was a gift. Seriously.
- I totally thought Stella was going to fall right there. I also thought this was going to end up with "Joe" dead, but I was wrong on both counts! Good on the first one, and I'm not sure on the second, but hey -- it works.
- Flack's sister drives a really nice car.
- Now that we've had Sam, and her commenting on "You know how he is" with regards to Papa Flack -- can we have Papa Flack? Please? That'd be nice.
- Lotsa Adam -- and Adam in the credits! That was pretty awesome.
- I loved it when Hawkes got all doctory over Mac.
- And -- that's all I got at the moment. Does anyone know when Sam is supposed to be back?

The cast of CSI: NY just got a little more, ahem, Beautiful.

Kathleen Munroe, late of ABC Family's Beautiful People, is joining the cast of CSI: NY in the recurring role of Samantha Flack, kid sis to Eddie Cahill's Det. Flack. "She's a bad girl," explains exec producer Pam Veasey. "She's trouble. It's a great dynamic."

Veasey reveals that the role was originally going to be small, but then they met Munroe and "she was so his sister and so authentically New York and so wonderfully young and beautiful and shifty and dangerous that we were like, 'Oh my God, this is a great opportunity.' It adds a great human element to Eddie's character, and [her presence] will touch a lot of other people, including A.J. and Stella."

Kathleen was on SPN! Anyway she's not even listed on IMDB yet as Sam, but I'm sure once things get rolling she'll get added to upcomings.

OMG she was. I kept thinking that she looking familiar, but I figured it was just from "Beautiful People," which I did see, but didn't see that much of. Now I know where I really remember her from.

Yeah, probably -- IMDB is always so behind. (According to my source however, the next episode I think is 507. I also heard something about 503, though, so I don't know *shrug*)

Adam and Flack were great - I'd love to see more of those two. Such a contrast.

I was nervous when Stella was in danger, but I didn't think she'd get seriously injured if she fell - you know, like she might get hurt but not badly. I mean, it's Stella. *lol*

I want Papa Flack too. :P I really like Sam and her dynamic with Flack. Speaking of Sam:

It was great to see the two of them together. It's so rare to get a scene like that and I loved it.

You know, in the back of my head I was probably thinking that, that it's Stella and everything, but I was so caught up in the moment that I was too busy going "DON'T DIE STELLA, DON'T DIE."

Ooooh -- I will keep a heads up for that then. *is excited*

I actually didn't see all that much of Beautiful People -- it wasn't really on at a convenient time/I don't think I had ABCFamily at the time.

As for next week, you know my thoughts on it but I will say it again. SID!!!!!

I want more Adam/Flack moments. Or even an Angell/Adam moment. More love for the minor characters, damnit!

Totally random note, but Sam's actress was Heather on Dresden Files. So it had Liz going "Dude that's Heather!" and I think Murphy might've growled a little. Also? Sam's accent is LOVE.
