Once tagged by this entry, the assignment is to write a blog entry of some kind with six random facts about yourself. Then, pick six of your friends and tag them; no tag backs. This explanation should be included.
1. I like to belt Whitney Houston when I'm alone in my room. I suck at it, which is why I do it when I'm alone. I know she's a drugged up crazy lady now, but the old school Whitney...that's classic stuff right there.
2. I collect pez dispensers. My aunt has this store near her, and where she finds all this incredibly awesome pez memorbillia. I haven't decided if it's the healthy spoiling of her niece, or she's just feeding an addiction, and this could all end very badly someday.
3. My family has a somewhat sporatic history with pets. We started out with two cats, which I don't remember at all. Then we got two frogs, one ate the other one. (No lie. We woke up one morning, and one of the frogs was missing.) Then he died. Then we got fish, one of which grew to a massive size and I think is still living in our basement. Now, we have two cats. Again.
4. Iam was in love with Gene Kelley as a child. I basically grew up on movie musicals and I was in love with him and wanted to be Judy Garland. And I am not ashamed of it in any way.
5. I've also had a sporatic on-again off-again love affair with music. I attempted to learn the piano as a child but failed. I then took to the clarinet, which I was pretty good at, but got bored with and hated the teacher, so I quit that. I never went back to instrumental music after that. At the same time as that I was doing choir, which never really worked out, and then i wound up picking it up again in high school. Now, my musical-ness is limited to singing in my dorm when there's no one around.
6. I've recently discovered that my fangirl-ish-ness is all the fault of these twins that I hung out with when I was a kid, who introduced me to Power Rangers. Thatextreme mild obsession transfered to Pokémon, then to a point where I was actually writing pretty crappy RPF for a while, and then onto CSI and other fandoms. So basically, if they hadn't done that, I may not be here today.

on another note,
polkadotsnplaid, John Larroquette is playing a rather interesting patient on House next week, if you're interesting in tuning in.
