I hate my muse.
Because it gave me this -- and I don't know what to do with it. And I want to keep it, because I don't think it's total crap, but I don't know the context, or the situation, or anything.
This probably won't make any sense unless you've read Job's a Job [CSI:NY/SPN, Danny/Bela, PG-13]. But I don't think you have to read that to tell me whether this is OOC or crap or whatnot.
“Stay outta this, Bela,” Dean said, giving her a look. Danny frowned in confusion, and looked back at the other woman.
“Bela? I thought your name was Lisa?”
“Lisa?” Dean said, glancing at Danny before giving her a look. “Lisa?”
Bela just looked back at him before rolling her eyes. “I robbed you, Danny. You really think I gave you my real name?”
Danny rolled his eyes, keeping his gun trained on her. “I hate that woman.”
“Yeah, you and me both,” Dean said, glaring back at her.
“You don’t hate me,” Bela said with a knowing smirk.
“We don’t?” Dean said, raising an eyebrow.
“No. Dean hates the fact that I keep getting one over on him. Danny, you hate yourself for letting me get you drunk enough that I got in your pants and then you hate the fact that I got one over on you. Neither of you know me well enough to say you hate me. You just hate things I do.”
“Well, look at that,” Dean replied with a smirk. “Lara Croft thinks she’s a shrink.”
“Not Lara Croft,” Bela replied with a grin. “More like Carmen Sandiego.”
“Oh, she thinks she’s cute,” Danny said with a sarcastic smirk. Bela only smirked back, and Dean looked at her for a minute, before shaking his head.
“But you’re wrong,” he said.
“Am I?” Bela replied, training her eyes on him for a moment. Dean shook his head before cocking the safety on the gun.
“I really do hate you.”
Any suggestions? Ideas? Criticisms? Is it total crap and I'm kidding myself?
