Anyone can fill me in on what happened on the last three episodes of Miami? I'm really behind, and Innertube is majorly sucking this season. I tried to watch last week's episode and it started it in the middle of the episode. GAH!

Anyway.

I don't need to know so much about the cases, but about the personal stuff. (Like how Eric accidentally outed Calleigh and Jake to Stetler.) Anything like that, just so I'm not majorly confused when I watch on Monday (hopefully).

Go to CSI Files and read the reviews; there's a pretty decent synopsis in front of each review. Though I can tell you how Jake & Calleigh got outed: Natalia hurt her shoulder and she asked Delko to do something to help fix it. Stetler saw it and interpreted it as them being a couple, so he instituted a policy in which officers couldn't date each other. Delko assumed that it was because of Jake and Calleigh and he told Stetler to talk to them. Jake suggested they break up and Calleigh agreed, though the ending of Monday's ep suggests they probably haven't done that.

Yeah, I could -- I'm just too lazy to go and skim for what I think is important.

And ugh -- is it bad that I was kind of glad Eric outted them? I'm kind of sick of the drama they cause.

I know. I just hope if they are still dating they really keep it under wraps.

Let's see...last week, Ryan got re-instated and ended up saving Alexx's life (the vic she was autopsying had undigested crystal meth in his system and it caused vapors that could have seriously hurt her). Ryan's reinstatement was pushed through by Horatio. Also? When Ryan introduced himself to Samantha (the new AV tech), I instantly became a shipper because he tripped over himself when he introduced himself.

Did you see the Speedle ep yet?

No. Innertube wouldn't play that one at all.

But yay! For Ryan being back. I think that was seriously what was not motivating me to watch this season. I missed him being in the field.

And Samantha's the one with the really awesome computer thing, right?

Yup, she's the one in the icon I just used.

Okay. In the Speedle ep, Delko keeps seeing Speed at one of the crime scenes. He doesn't tell anyone even though Calleigh and Alexx know something's not right. Turns out Speed is a figment of Delko's imagination as his brain is continuing to heal itself (and it might go on for a long time, leave more Rory Cochrane guest spot options). The big thing, though, is that Speed's old wallet gets stolen out of his locker (why it's still there they never explained) and someone's been using his credit card. Turns out it was Cooper who stole it and used it. Delko was beyong pissed and Calleigh told him that he had twenty-four hours to turn himself in or she'd put out a warrant for his arrest. I missed the next ep (I have it taped and I haven't gotten to watch it) so I don't know if it ever got addressed.

Cooper?

I kinda liked Cooper, so that kind of sucks. But poor Eric -- that must have been horrible for him.

That just seemed so out of character for Cooper. I mean...I guess that was their way of getting him off the show. But the stupid thing was was that Cooper was trying to become a CSI. He should have known better.

I hate it when they do stuff like that. You know, for once I wish they could have just said that the person just got transferred somewhere.

They really write people out of the show in the most ridiculous ways.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Either you're killed (Speed, Hagen), you do soemthing stupid and lose your job (Cooper) or you're the vitim of both those reasons (Aiden). It's just...bad. But I guess they think it adds to the dramatic tension.

Ryan got reinstated.

I missed him.

I missed him too. I was so excited.

Now I can watch every week without wanting to kick someone.

I really didn't like him not working in the lab.

That's okay. I have a pretty angst Ruby/Sam fic in my head that wont go away. It's got my own conspiracies for why she's there, so you know it's going to be something complicated and angsty...

At least Ruby and Sam are in the same fandom. Bela is throwing herself into CSI:NY head first.
