not only is john travolta in the movie version of Hairspray, he's playing Edna Turnblad.

i have finally seen Serenity, and it was fantastic. i loved it.



however, Grease 2...not feeling the love so much.

i saw one episode when they were doing a marathon on sci-fi, and it was the one about when they went to jayne's home planet, and it was so much fun to watch.

and since i have a love of all things adam baldwin, i knew i had to see what else was out there.

Grease 2 was awful. so utterly ridiculous. i don't know why i sat through the whole thing.

It is awful. But it's hysterical. How can you hear the song "Reproduction" and not pee your pants laughing? My younger sister always wanted to know how Stephanie could win the talent contest with a song that was half in her head? And my older sister laughs her head off that bowling is what the cool kids do on Friday nights.

But yeah. Terrible, terrible movie.

"Reproduction" was so ridiculous. i was staring at the screen dumbfounded that they actually put most of this on film. it was craziness.

and hey, bowling kicks ass. don't go knocking bowling.
