wait. i lied. here:

1. Close all your Internet Explorer windows. If you use Firefox or Netscape, you need to use IE for this to work.
2. Open ONE IE Window.
3. Click on Tools and select Options.
4. Click on the "Connections" tab
5. At the bottom, click on LAN Settings.
6. In the bottom section that says "Proxy Server", check the first box in there that says "Use a proxy server for your LAN"
7. In the Address field, type in 66.28.235.52 and in the Port field type in 3128.
8. Click OK on both windows.
9. Close your IE window, and any other IE windows (or Windows Explorer) windows that you may have open.
10. Reopen an IE window and check out the Innertube site.
