Author's Note: Written for goddess_loki in response to the Game Show Meme (feel free to come by and try and stump me), and she asked for McCallahan explaining to Lindsay an old college story that had come up in one of the round robins we're writing. Originally the prompts are supposed to be drabbles, but this was too good to not be a full-fledged fic.

college stories are definitely fun. and old elevators give me the heebie jeebies, but unless i have luggage or something i usually take the stairs, so it doesn't really matter.

Me too. There was actully a freshmen that was killed my a dorm elevator last fall that's why I'm very glad Lindsay and Jake didn't try to get out between floors. Not a good idea.

oh, yikes! yeah, that would be pretty nasty. they had all the right equipment for it though, so they would have just been lifted out the top safe and sound.
