that was a really good episode. like a really, really, really good episode.

i liked how they did it in real time (although i don't know if i buy the fact that it was all done in an hour). now i'm a bad numb3rs fan in the sense that i usually write during the show (i write during most shows i watch) but you know it's a good episode if i don't write through it. first couple minutes, i got a couple more paragraphs done on my calleigh/dean fic, but when they actually started to get into the action, i had to put the notebook down.

i like the shrink. he knows just how to push don's buttons and get him to admit things he doesn't normally want to admit. i loved how guarded don was against him, yet disbelieving at the same time, that he really is the way he is. and the shrink started to push his buttons more, and these revelations in his character were being made that you wouldn't normally think of. and under these things was this case where the team had to pull together without him, and do this case, and how the sections of the epsiode corresponded with what they were talking about.

and it definitely showed, if nothing else, how megan's brain works a different way from don's. i liked how she called amita before charlie when she heard that they were dealing with a different kind of technology, while don goes more the roundabout way and ask charlie about it, before amita offers a suggestion. i loved the team connections in this, and how megan was panicking when she heard they were going to lose colby and she and david were trying to figure out what was going on, and then they realized that they really had to trust charlie.

the only thing i would rather be different, is I wish that Diane Farr hadn't been pregnant, so that we could really see Megan up and moving around.

that is all.
