Yup, John Larroquette is definitely in season 2 as is Melinda Clark.

Have you seen the promo that aired at Comic-Con (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lX7czCEk4UU)? It's like 6 1/2 minutes long of stuff. It made me squee lots.
