See for me, it was always Rose>Martha. Mostly because after this two parter where Martha was so annoying. Until those episodes I liked her well enough.

To be honest, I like Donna better than both of them. Rose was always too much of a kid to be traveling with the Doctor, and Martha was too caught up with her feelings for the Doctor. Donna and the Doctor have such a great friendship that's so much fun to watch.

Also, I need your help. Of the mission taking kind. Turns out Diane Mizota (Kala) was in two eps of CSI: Miami (1.6 & 1.10) and I want caps! It credits her characters name as Jade Horowitz but I can't figure out what kinda role it was. :(
