"Works for me," she said with a nod, resting her chin on his shoulder.
"I'm glad we're going out tonight, though. Feels kinda nice."
"I agree," she said with a nod. "I like it when you take me out."
"I'll do it more often, then," he said, turning his head slightly and kissing her forehead.
"Good," she said with a grin.
He relaxed against the seat again, only moving when the car came to a stop. "Have to pay," he said, shifting so he could get his wallet.
She nodded, pulling away from him a bit and waiting for him to get out of the car ahead of her.
He got out and offered her his hand so she could get out as well.
She took it, giving his hand a squeeze as she led the way into the restaurant.

He kept hold of her hand as the waiter led them to their table, only letting go when he had to. "I already know I'm getting what I had last time," he said after placing his drink order.

"I'm not sure," she replied once she was done as well. "I think I might try something new."

"I'm not super hungry so take your time," he said, leaning back slightly to watch her.
She nodded, not looking up from the menu right away.
"Anything catching your eye yet?" he asked after a little while.
"I think I might have the shrimp."
"Can I try one if you get them?" he asked.
"You know, I really do like this place," he said, looking around.
"Me too," she said with a nod. "It's nice to come to every once in a while."
"I think we should try to not stay in bed so much," he said with a slight smirk.
She looked up at him and blinked slightly. "But we have fun."
"I know. I just like spending time with you on actual dates, too, and we don't do that so much."
"That's true," she said with a nod.
"So maybe we should make a point of having one a week," he said. "If you want."
"I can work with that," he said with a nod.
