Photoshop Help

Okay. I'm really starting to get frustrated at this point, and I don't know what else there is I can do.

I've been having trouble with getting this error message that says my scratch disk is full. I've gone through all the steps that I saw when I was looking around on the internet for answers (I deleted all the temp files, tried switching the drives around, I even defragged my hard drive), and it's still not working.

Anyone have any ideas?
